Returns Policy (Online Orders)
Returns eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Items must be returned in the original packaging (e.g. box)
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery
All returns are inspected. We will email you to confirm once your return is being processed. The product price will be refunded to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is returned in a condition we consider unsuitable for resale (for example, if the item is worn, marked, or damaged). We are not responsible for defects arising from misuse—any such items will be returned to you.
Faulty items or incorrect orders
If your product is defective or you receive the incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at:

We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please note: we do not refund postage costs except in the case of a faulty product or an incorrect delivery.
Refund timing
Once you receive our confirmation email, refunds typically appear in your bank within 5 working days (timings may vary by bank).

Statutory rights
